Privacy

I have tried to take care of data security and protection against misuse. Here are some points relevant to data security:

• You don’t need to specify your full name (not even a real name, if you don’t want to).
• You don’t need to specify your email address (but you should, in case you expect an answer).
• You should never enter any privacy critical data into the form (passwords or the like).

The contact form is configured to:

• Send a mail to my private mail address, containing all entered data unencrypted.
• Store the entered data in a database on the server. Mail address and message content are encrypted.
• Automatically delete messages in the database after 30 days.
• Store a hashed value of the senders IP address in a database on the server to prevent misuse (max. 5 messages per IP in one day).
• Automatically delete hashed IP addresses in the database after 2 days.

By sending data using the form, you agree to the terms above. To prevent misuse, no more than 50 messages can be sent in 24 hours. In case you get an error that this limit has been reached, please retry again later.
